GQ?

This weekend JT attended the wedding of some family and he was definitely dressed to impress. He was able to pull off the untucked shirt with a tie and sandals. This is not an easy look to achieve, but JT is always up for a challenge. 

He was running around the field and even held a conversation with some flowers. When you look this good you can talk to anyone. 

Yesterday, he spent time at the Lake with family and enjoyed being tall and acting like a true monkey by playing in the trees.

 

He now understands why his uncle is Greg is also know as the Fool. 

Party at the Lake

JT had quite the day today, he got to spend time with the whole Said clan while his Dada helped build a fence. All the women kept an eye on him and took very good care of him.

The fence looks good, too. And, who is that in the photo with a shovel? Soon enough young Koba, soon enough...

To top off the day he got to go for a ride in the boat with Uncle Dale and Aunt Betsey!

Graduation party

Well, it was a balmy New York summer day today, hot and humid! JT started the day off visiting friends and decided to rock his new shades. He is such a cool dude!

Later that day he went to Mads's graduation party where he partied like a rock star at the Lake. Lots of people to see? No problem! He knows how to make an entrance and was highly entertaining assisting with the different games and cake eating.

After getting through his hellos it was time to move some rock, so he took his dump truck and got to work. I don't know what he was excavating, but he sure moved a lot of rock off the beach and onto the grass. Good thing he is not the one mowing the grass. 

Pumpkin baby

In October Julian went on a trip to the pumpkin patch. Seeing all those orange balls was pretty exciting and so was the warm apple cider an fresh donuts. He had so much fun playing that he thought HE was a pumpkin!

Father's Day

JT and his Mama took Dada out for brunch to celebrate Father's Day. JT wasn't sure what the big deal is, because, to him, every day is Father's Day. 

His Dada is his buddy and JT thinks he makes a pretty good Jungle Gym! 

That night, he got a taste of his first Popsicle. And boy is it good! So cool and yummy and sticky, the perfect treat for a Monkey in summer!

Horse?

JT hears all kinds of talk about a horse, but he is not sure what all the fuss is about. Everyone wants a nice, big majestic horse to ride and JT thinks to himself; 'horse? I don't need no stinking horse'

Look who's eating at the table

Julian is a big boy now, he is able to eat at the table in his booster seat! Of course, we are still working on his table manners...a lot of food currently ends up everywhere but his mouth (this makes Neha happy as she is the recipient of poor manners). He is having some trouble with plates and bowls, they look too much like dumping instruments rather than food containers. But at least he is at the table!

R&R

When you are as busy as JT it is important to take some down time to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Julian is known for only having 2 speeds: on and off. But, on rare occasions even he is able to kick back. Now if only he had something to drink...

Check up

Julian had his 18 month doctor's appointment and he is in the 95th percentile for height and the 42nd percentile for weight and head circumference. He officially takes after the Koba side; tall and lean. 

Memorial Day

Julian spent the day with his cousins at Treman park enjoying some nice weather an good BBQ. He loves playing with his cousins and it is very funny watching an 18 month old try and keep up with a pair of 3 year olds. He is not very coordinated when he tries to run after them and keep up. Luckily Isla is there to keep an eye on him and give him a helping hand.
